The Visual Basic team released poster quality reference guide to the keyboard shortcuts in VB IDE environment, which you can easily download and print out.
Check out Lisa Feigenbaum’s (an VB IDE Program Manager) Top 10 shortcuts! My fav is #3 – Ctrl + M, to toggle outlining for the current region to move around the code.
