Little comfort for those who are out of a job or struggling with lower income.

Of the top 10 cities I have only visited one – Oslo. I’m not sure I understand why it is so expensive. Yes I found the food expensive – weak dollar being a lot to blame but not completely. It’s a great city though and I would not mind living there. If I could afford it.
