Frank is a Happy Manager

I concur with Ann’s recent post “Empowering the Individual“. I think Frank is an genuine happy person and it reflects in his management style:

a) he always have a smile and a hello for everyone and rarely displays negative emotions.

b) he loves Microsoft and is extremely passionate and serious about the mission of the Developer & Platform Evangelism group. He looks after his reports like a concerned parent. He nurtures them and encourages them to greater heights.  He is also highly regarded in the local IT community, loved by his group and has a wonderful family support behind him.

c) uses his intelligence, passion and connections to drive positive changes to the community like his kid’s school and the Microsoft UP program.

I salute you, Frank. Although I am not your direct report, it has an honour to work in the same group as you. I hope you will share your positive traits to all the people’s managers during the residential management event.
